eNotify allows you to send your announcements and public notices to people who subscribe to be notified.
Announcement Creation
You create your announcement/public notice. Then:
- Check if you want to send the announcement to your subscribers immediately, or as part of a digest.
Send ASAP will send in 5-10 minutes. We give you time to edit the announcement after you choose publish, “just in case.”
Send in Digest (daily at 7:00am) will send at noted time.

- When you choose Publish,
- The announcement will immediately publish to your website,
- Send ASAP will be sent in 5 minutes and
- Send in Digest will send at the requested hour.
Announcement Editing
Never-Before Emailed Announcements
If you forgot to choose the notification type before you published your announcement. As of 12/1/2025 you can choose the “Notification Type” and “Update” button and your announcement will be emailed.
Previously Sent Announcements – Quick Resend
As of 12/1/2025 you edit the publish status of the announcement “Draft”, make your edits, and then click “Publish” to email/text.
Newletter-ish
eNotify is definitely not a newsletter in the traditional sense. The Digest allows you to pick multiple announcements and send them in one email or text. The format is limited to Feature Image, Title, Full Text – then the next announcement in same format. If your goal is to efficiently send information to your subscribers, Send in Digest is perfect. If you need the email to fulfill your brand guidelines, then Send in Digest will probably come up short in in its graphic design capability.
Announcement Categories
A website can assign announcements to specific categories so that the information appears on the home page and another inside page. For example, an announcement about Winter Taxes lands on the home page plus the Treasurers page.
You can designate which categories are authorized to be email/texted out to your subscribers. Multiple categories can be checked.

Everything about eNotify is in one place. Subscribers, campaigns, and sending history—are grouped directly under Announcements for seamless management.
Complete Send History
Effective 12/1/2025 you have a “Sent Campaigns” link that stores full subscriber details, giving you a complete audit trail of who received what and when. From the list of Sent Campaigns, select the Subject title to view Details, Preview the message and Send Log for that specific emailed announcement campaign.
NOTE: The backend holds a full year of campaigns sent/total recipients data. The Send Log for each campaign is saved for only 60 days.
Improved Usage Reports
View monthly usage totals in a dashboard with lifetime sending totals. Track email and SMS usage over time.
