2. Upload document file(s)

Choose All Events > Month View > pick the actual meeting
In description area:
1. Add online meeting info
2. Choose Document Library button to add Agenda for meeting
3. Choose Update
Announcements – NOT TIED TO CALENDAR
1. Decide How many announcements to show on home page
a. Current set to 5 then they are not published anywhere on website.
b. Ordered by most recent date published on top. It can changed to a sort order.
2. Add New Announcement > Title should include date and time
Title: Planning Commission Meeting April 8, 2026 at 6pm
